Dr Ling (Lilli) Sun

Research Fellow, Centre for Gravitational Astrophysics, The Australian National University

I am a research fellow at the Centre for Gravitational Astrophysics (CGA) at the Australian National University. I am a member of the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO) Scientific Collaboration, and one of the Chief Investigators of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Gravitational Wave Discovery (OzGrav)

My primary research interests are gravitational-wave data analysis and studying fundamental physics from gravitational-wave observations, including:

In particular, I am interested in bringing together advanced computing and signal processing techniques, gravitational-wave data and theory, as well as the understanding of the instruments for gravitational-wave observation.
